The food was savoury, I tried coffee, tea, and toast. Fantastic service, as the staff were really good. The location in a fairly nice area was great and incredible and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

Thank you for the very nice stay for a weekend of rugby. The double room is large and new-fashioned. All the staff members are accommodating and supper friendly. It has unbeatable, incredibly comfortable setting, right by Firs Lodge, Heathrow airport and shops and restaurants and metro which goes to airport terminals. Also, it's 3 km away from Hounslow Urban Farm. The restaurant serves hot Indian food.

The bathrooms are extremely small.

I took a family room with glass of orange as well as bottled water. The ambience felt really family and the service was fantastic.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. My king room was well decorated with central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The bathroom was clean and the beds lovely. Location: the venue was short walk to central London or heathrow, local shops and underground and restaurants. There was Hungry Buddy nearby, offering quick meals.

Magnificent, incredible location in Hounslow, just next door to local shops as well as Heathrow & tube station. Also, so close to the airport it would help to serve breakfast for earlier travellers. Savoury food, cereals and fruit.

It had marvellous location, near tube into central London and the Underground station Hounslow West. It was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Coffee and Cream, serving fast food.

Had great stay for a weekend of rugby, the staff were polite, location was magnificent close to metro which goes to airport terminals. Our family room with tea and coffee making equipment, a work desk, and TV was modern.

Convenient location near Twickenham and ample parking. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean rooms with free WiFi and essential toiletries. Basic facilities but hot water available 24/7. Multiple power points for charging gadgets.

A good option for an overnight prior to a morning flight from Heathrow. Small room, small price, good location near West Hounslow tube, friendly manager, but pretty basic. Not great for a longer stay.
